I had the great pleasure of working with Natalie Devine very closely for 2 years whilst at IMG UK Limited in the Culinary Department. Natalie joined IMG as an Operations Executive and with her hard work, dedication and her thirst for knowledge and experience was soon promoted to Junior Operations Manager and subsequently Operations Manager. I worked closely with Natalie in the planning and production of a number of large scale outdoor and indoor culinary consumer events in the UK. She was an valuable team player who was highly respected by colleagues, key stakeholders and contractors. As part of her role she played a major role in streamlining administrative processes to improve efficiencies and contributed greatly to innovative and creative ideas for new content and design. Her talents were always evident in her performance, she displayed excellent communication, organisation and time management skills and consistently exceeded expectations and goals.
Natalie worked with me in London for my OTIS pop-up clubs. These member's only clubs were in a different venue each month - unusual places, warehouses, art galleries, museums, anywhere that wasn't a 'normal' venue. Each month we choose diverse performers - musicians, magicians, contortionists, beat boxers - uprising stars from all genres.
Natalie was a brilliant and charming force - helping me source performers, locate unusual venues and on the nights of each event was one of the main 'faces' and personalities of OTIS, welcoming and making everyone feel special and at ease. Natalie brings positivity and light wherever she goes and is missed, not only by myself, but by all my team and by the members.
Natalie has a sparkling, extremely likeable personality is clever, conscientious, enthusiastic and very capable. I have no hesitation in recommending her highly. She is a total asset to any organisation.
I worked with Natalie for over 4 years, starting in the UK as an Operations Executive across our Arts & Entertainment portfolio of events (from large-scale food and music festivals to corporate hospitality events and winter attractions). Natalie progressed to become operational lead for a very successfully London Bierfest event and on to the Tastemaker launch in the US. During her roles she has proven herself as an extremely competent manager, very experienced in vendor management, negotiation, exhibitor management, client management, show design, budget management, project management, site management, venue sourcing and team management. Natalie’s greatest strengths lie in her people management and ability to build valuable relationships with event stakeholders and participants alike – most recently demonstrated in her relocation to the US to establish the Taste event in a brand new territory requiring a new set of relationships and innovation. She is skilled at driving efficiencies.
