Experience
Production & Event Support
ASCAP - Los Angeles, CA
Nov 01, 2014 - Current
I'm brought onto the ASCAP events as a supportive team member. I assist mostly with event flow & talent logistics, however I've also worked as assistant stage manager. My responsibilities vary depending on the show, but a few examples are leading a team of Talent Escorts, creating and editing the run-down with the production team, and making timely talent pulls from the audience to stage.
Production Assistant & Event Support
David Stark Design & Production - Los Angeles, CA
Mar 21, 2018 - Mar 27, 2018
David Stark beautifully designed and produced a family festival for Target. I was a PA for the installation process, as well as the breakdown process. Normally working on the event coordination/production side, this was such great experience for me to help build the event from the ground up... literally. The David Stark crew asked me to work additional hours in order to assist during the execution of the actual event as well.
Talent Flow Team Member
One Foot Productions - Los Angeles, CA
Mar 11, 2018 - Mar 12, 2018
The iHeartRadio Music Awards is a live broadcasted concert award show. I was lucky enough to be brought on as a member of the talent flow team. My main job was to make sure the correct artists were being dropped off backstage before their on-stage appearance, and being brought back to managers after their roll. Being a live show, this was an extremely important role in order to make sure the flow of the show was smooth and professional.
